Building our Dream Home with Pulte in Babcock Ranch:
Months 2, 3 and 4 – Just waiting

Unfortunately, I have no news to share since March when I put down a waitlist deposit. Builders have drastically allowed their release of lots due to the supply issues and overwhelming demand, they just can’t keep up so new homes allowed to go under contract are minimum. I didn’t want to have a home finished before Spring of 2022 which is why I was hesitant to move forward too quickly BUT now I am glad I did because had I waited I would be further down this waitlist and I have already been waiting for three months.

So right now, patience is what I have. I fully believe that I made the right decision by jumping earlier than I thought I was ready. Because it feels like things are going to push my home build back to almost the ideal time frame I had in my mind. I really wanted to get into a new home right as my son finishes 5th grade, then spend the summer getting it decorated just in time for starting their new school and the holidays! So depending on the build time- I might just have struck perfect timing!

Meanwhile, I am obsessed with studying all the different floor plans so when I get the green light I am ready to lock down all the details!
