New construction homes at Babcock Ranch are available in a number of neighborhoods within our Solar Powered Master Planned Community. As the third home sold in Edgewater Shores, we had few to compare our home building progress to but as we hit the one year mark, I started getting antsy.
My Valentine’s Gift this year was the completion of this BIG STEP: The plumbing and electrical has been complletely installed throughout the entire house both inside and out!
Now that the bones are complete, time to start seeing it turn into rooms. I am hoping that things start progressing much quicker now.
