Building Our Dream Home: Month 6 – The Community Wall is Up

Edgewater Shores at Babcock Ranch will be one of the few gated communities in the larger Babcock Plan. So this community will have few homes in it (101 to be exact), a security gate that will eliminate people from just driving around as they do in other parts of Babcock, it’s own community pool with a kayak launch, and once we reach about 65% of homeownership it’s own HOA separate from the larger Babcock HOA.

So today when I went to see if any progress has started on my home site, I was happy to see the community wall is up – No progress on my lot, but work is happening to get the neighborhood primed for some house building!
