Month 14 of Building a Home with Pulte at Babcock Ranch – Exterior Paint, Tile, Doors, Trim & Cabinets Installed
April was a busy month in terms of the Pulte Home Building progress! The interior doors were hung and painted with all hardware installed. The tile was placed in all bathrooms and the laundry room, the baseboards and trim were hung and painted, the exterior of the home was painted and the garage door was installed! That seems like a lot that happened in a short amount of time but now they are down to the wire so lots will be happening now!
In addition to all this progress, I received notification of an official Closing Date for the end of May! EEK, that was the email I had been waiting over a year for and it felt unreal. I will write a separate post soon the significance of the actual date at a later post because it is crazy how timing of things end up aligning.
